    On 19 th Sept 2019, two Monachem group companies (Monachem Additives Pvt Ltd & Addpol Chemspecialitieis Pvt Ltd ) got acquired by IMCD, a Netherland based public listed multinational company .

    on 8th Jan 2020, Monachem Group’s 46th Anniversary, Monachem launched VISION 2025 – a new exciting 5-year growth plan for the group to expand globally.

    On 26th Jan 2021, India’s Republic Day, Monachem announced the new business identity as a “Certified Contract Manufacturer of speciality chemicals & branded ingredients” through the launch of its new website. This identity of a new stronger sustainable business model took birth during covid times of 2020.
